Jr NTR’s ‘Kathi’ Becomes Ravi Teja’s ‘Mirapakaya’

Saturday, May 22, 2010
It is a rather interesting story of how few movies tend to change their titles according to the heroes but still manage to get a good response. Here is a good example of one such film but then there was a real good reason for that. It all started with power star Pawan Kalyan.

Once the story was ready, the makers went to Pawan but then, it seems that he said no citing other commitments, the film was then held for a while. Later, the makers went to NTR jr and he said no due to clash of dates and other shooting problems. The film was then titled ‘Kathi’.

Eventually, it came to Ravi Teja and true to his appeal, the film has been titled ‘Mirapakaya’. This is being directed by Harish Shankar while Ramesh Pushpala is the producer. Reliable sources say that this is a very interesting and powerful story that’s going to be a rocking entertainer.
