Over the past few years, Puri Jagannadh is said to be keen on directing a Hindi film. With ‘Pokiri’, he became a noted name in Bollywood. After almost four years of Pokiri’s release, Puri Jagannadh’s dream of making a Hindi film seems to be coming true. He’s going to direct a new film titled ‘Budda’ and it will have none other than Amitabh Bachchan in lead role. Ram Gopal Varma, who began his career as a director with a Telugu movie ‘Shiva’ in 1989, has successfully established himself in Hindi film industry. He had recently made ‘Rann’ which had Amitabh Bachchan in lead role. News is that Ram Gopal Varma is going to produce this Puri Jagannadh – Amitabh Bachchan’s film. The script has been finalized and the buzz is that Bollywood circles are quite excited about this film.
