Mani Ratnam’s next ‘Villian’ (Raavanan in Tamil and Raavan in Hindi) got a clean U certificate from the Censor Boards for all the versions of the film. Many believe that it is a surprise for Mani Ratnam, because his films since Roja have all had to face cuts because of certain dialogue or a scene or simply because of public outcry.‘Villian’ will be released on June 18th, along with its different language versions world wide. There is also going to be a premiere for the film in London, which will be attended by all the cast and crew of film, along with few special guests flying to watch the film.
