Analysis :Nandamuri Balakrishna is back in action with a bang in the form of Simha. The movie and the characterization of Balakrishna is as powerful as the title of the movie. Director Boyapati Seenu has to be applauded for making a true mass entertainer which Balakrishna's fans have been longing for quite a sometime. The first half of the movie came out really good with amazing songs and powerful action sequences. The interval bang was accentuated with good back ground score and made the audience eager to watch 'Simha' roar in the second half. The second half of the movie is beyond the expectations of even hard core Balakrishna's fans. Every frame of the movie came out extremely well and Balakrishna's performance is simply extraordinary. Music by Chakri is an asset to the movie. Art department and Cinematography team have to specially lauded for their brilliant effort. Editing could have been little better. Dialogues of the movie were written aptly and Balakrishna as always raised the emotions of audience with his dialogue delivery. Boyapati Seenu once again proved with Simha that he is here to stay for long time to make powerful mass entertainers with leading heroes of Telugu cinema.
Story :SrimanNarayana (Balakrishna) is a lecturer in college. He can't withstand any injustice and reacts sharply to it by punishing the offender. His Grandmother (K R Vijaya) is worried about him and is in search of a good girl to get her grand son married. Janaki (Sneha Ullal) joins the same college and starts liking Lakshmi Narayana. Janaki is taken away by a gang of goons and they attack Sriman Narayana's house. Janaki dad also comes to the rescue of her daughter and realises that he is related to Sriman Narayana. How Janaki and Sriman Narayana are related? and why Sriman Narayana's grand mother wants him to stay away from violence forms the rest of the story

Balakrishna - He came up with one of his career best performance in this movie. The style, grace, body language were simply superb and just can't be described in words. His dance steps in Simhamanti Chinode and Orabba were amazing. Balakrishna's character of Narasimha in Simha movie will be remembered for a long long time.
Nayanatara - She looked very beautiful in the movie. Her costumes and makeup added the royalty factor to her role. Few dialogues by her got great response from the audience.
Sneha Ullal - She was stylish and did her job well as Janaki in the movie.
Namitha - She looked good and provided the necessary oomph factor for the masses.

0 'Puli' creates flutter at Tirumala
Powerstar Pawan Kalyan on Thursday created a flutter at Alipiri, foothills of Tirumala, by deciding to trek the hills on foot, for the success of his forthcoming film “Puli.”Pawan Kalyan, who arrived from Hyderabad to Renigunta airport, checked into a hotel near RTC bus station in the afternoon. The Praja Rajyam’s youth wing leaders gave wide publicity about his visit, saying that he would trek to Tirumala from Alipiri. At 2.30 pm, the news channels started scrolling that the actor would reach Alipiri in a few minutes. As a result, a large number of youth gathered at Alipiri creating security problems.
However, clad in the traditional white shirt and dhothi, Pawan Kalyan came out of his hotel room around 6.30 PM and declined to entertain the media. His personal bodyguards and the PR’s youth wing leaders circled him and his vehicle zoomed towards Alipiri. At Alipiri, hundreds of youth thronged there to see the actor. Without talking to them, Pawan Kalyan entered the footpath through the security point accompanied by about 20 persons. The local media trekked up to Galigopuram along with his entourage and returned on insistence that he would not talk to the media. Some of the public deplored that his bodyguards had manhandled them.

Balakrishna Simha is creating a huge pre-release hype across the state. This is creating an added benefit to all the theater owners.
Simha premiere show screening alone in Gudivada is quoted for Rs.3 lakhs.Earlier,Chiranjeevi Tagore had set a record for the premiere show which had collected Rs.2.54 lakhs.
The latest buzz among the sources is that simha will create a new record.
The premiere show is being screened in Sarath theatre which is the biggest one in Gudivada. The movie is being released in four big screens in the city namely Bhaskar 70mm, Bhaskar 35mm, Brahma and Sriram.

Pawan Kalyan is acting in a remake of Saif Ali Khan-Deepika Padukone’s bollywood film ‘Love Aaj Kal’. The movie was launched recently in Hyderabad. Jayanth C Paranji is directing the film and director Jayanth is trying hard to convince Deepika Padukone to play the same role in Telugu also like she did in the original.
Now here is the issue, the producers have approached Deepika Padukone to be the heroine of the film and Deepika is considering the proposal. She is undecided. Pawan Kalyan only wants that heroine. He is insisting that he wants to do this film only with Deepika otherwise he may quit the film.

It is the threat of the Telangana seekers and their mindless attacks on movie theatres to stop the screening.We have seen that happening with few movies before but now all eyes are waiting to see how things will be for ‘Simha’. The film is gearing up for release day after tomorrow and so far nothing has happened. With the director, producer, hero from the Andhra region, sparks are expected.

‘Thakit Thakita’ is set to hit the screens soon. Directed by Srihari Nanu, the film is being produced by Bharat Thakur on ‘Downtown Films’ banner. Bhumika Chawla is presenting the film. The film is going to introduce as many as 6 new actors, actresses to Telugu film industry. Addressing a press conference, Bharat Thakur said that several new actors were selected from 7 different zones in the country and they were trained for almost 6 months where they learnt to speak in Telugu and also acting. Interestingly, Bhumika, Nagarjuna and Anushka are going to make guest appearances inthe film. The film was recently shot in Himalayas. Bobo Shashi is composing the music. The film’s audio is expected to release in the last week of May and film in June.

0 Venkatesh’s ‘Chandramukhi-2’ goes on floors on April 28
Venkatesh’s latest film which is Telugu remake of a Kannada blockbuster ‘Aptha Rakshaka’ will have its opening ceremony on April 28. The latest news is that the muhurat of the film is at 7:30 AM in Ramanaidu Studios. The film is a sequel to ‘Chandramukhi’ starring Rajinikanth which released back in 2005. The latest sequel of ‘Chandramukhi’ has Venkatesh in the lead role. There are five heroines in the film, Anushka, Priyamani, Shraddha Das, Sneha and Richa Gangopadhyay. Bellamkonda Suresh is producing the film. P.Vasu who had directed both Chandramukhi (‘Aptha Mitra’ in Kannda) and ‘Aptha Rakshaka’ is going to direct the Telugu version.

He was known as the man with the golden hand but right now, he seems to be a man with an asking hand. He is Dil Raju and reliable sources now reveal that the producer is stuck with a loan of Rs 40 crores. All cheques have been bouncing as per those who are dealing with him.Apparently, the successive flops have cost Dil Raju dearly. Also, Raju took the distribution rights for ‘Darling’ and spent sleepless nights. Latest talk is that it resulted in no profit no loss and reached a break even point. Dil Raju now has ‘Rama Rama Krishna Krishna’ made with Rs 16 crores and ‘Brindavanam’ with Rs 35 crores. He also has Prabhas- Dasarath starrer at Rs 15 crores.
Looking at it, a total of Rs 60 cr -70 cr is rotating in the industry. So now, it remains to be seen whether he will come out of the Rs 40 crores crisis or he will end up going deep with Rs 100 cr liabilities. Overall, Dil Raju has taken a heavy risk.

This goes specifically for the directors.It is heard that during the story narration, Balayya is attentive to anything and everything that the director says. He listens to everything keenly and the real show begins when the rushes of the film come. It seems that Balayya has got an amazing memory and he would enquire as to why that particular aspect was missing on the screen when it was there during the narration.
If the director has chopped it due to any reason, Balayya would give him a stick not to take his own decisions without keeping him in the loop. So, one has to be real careful during the story narration and it is the directors who need to be prepared to narrate and execute the same.

Thanks to the FM radio channels, one doesn’t have to wait for a particular time to see the TV and find out who is top in the songs. Some of the popular FM Radio channels are enthralling many people with their chartbusters and that is also giving the feel of the latest happening songs.Right now, two numbers from the same film are causing quite a stir. They are ‘Veyo Veyo…’ and ‘Sarigama padani…’. Both are from the movie ‘Snehageetam’ and it must be said that the entire album has gone very well with the music lovers. Notable among them are these two songs.
The music has been composed by debutante Sunil Kashyap and while the first number is a fast paced peppy one, the other one is a proper romantic melody. ‘Snehageetam’ is gearing up to hit the screens during the first week of May so let us wait to see how the songs will create frenzy in the theaters.

Prasthanam is the most important film I have seen in the last 5 years. In our industry they tag a movie using stupid words like good, bad, commercial and art but I want to use one apt word like 'important' for this movie. After looking at such movies, I feel that our industry is in safe hands atleast for young actors like me. From next time whenever I get a script I know what is the base script to compare with. There has been a standard set , thanks to prasthanam where Deva has raised the bar to next level.My favorite actor is saikumar where I always felt that the strength of his acting is his voice. But after watching this film i have realized that his voice is in his total body. Every part of his body speaks as per the character he plays. This can be considered as one of his best performance and not only him, Sarwanand, Sundeep have given an extraordinary performance. Supporting cast is on par to international standards. Frankly speaking when I came to watch this movie I had zero expectations. Though everyone were praising about this movie I didnt have any expectations cause I believe in my personal judgement. Overall Its an extra ordinary film and looking at this movie, I am damn proud that i am a part of tollywood. I want to wish all the crew of prasthanam good luck and thank audience for making such a meaningful movie a big hit.

Dr Rajendra Prasad and Sivaji Upcoming Film "Brahmalokam to Yamalokam" has been completed its shooting schedule and entering post production. The film is being directed by Gollapati Nageswara Rao and is being produced by Bekkam Venugopal under Eutopia Movies banner. MM Srilekha scored the music for the film.The film is planned for May release.
Rajendra Prasad is playing Brahma, Jayaprakash Reddy as Yama, heroine Kalyani as Saraswathi and Aarthi Agarwal as Rambha.
