It is known news that Ramcharan Tej’s next movie after ‘Orange’ would be ‘Merupu’ and recently, the formal launch was done. Now, here is an interesting story behind the making of this movie. The producer of the film is N V Prasad who hails from Tirupathi and he was to be the candidate for PRP during the elections.

However, he gave the seat to Chiru and spent huge amounts during elections hoping Chiru would become the CM. Well, that didn’t work but Prasad has been devoted to Chiru. In view of this, it is heard that the megastar gave Charan’s dates as a gift for his ‘Swamy Bhakti’.

Not only that, Chiru has ensured that some of the best in the business are lined up like Devisri Prasad for music, P C Sriram for cinematography, Dharani for direction and Kajal for appeal. The budget is also planned in such a way that table profits will be materialized for NV Prasad happily. Sources say that it is a wonderful formula mass movie and has it all to strike big at the box office.
