Nothing wrong in seeking CM post: Balaiah

Friday, May 14, 2010
On the fourth day of his state-wide tour to make his film Simha a roaring success, hero Nandamuri Balakrishna continued to make controversial comments on his political entry.

Balaiah on Thursday arrived at Antarvedi from Sivakodu in a huge rally taken out by his fans, who raised slogans stating that he would be next chief minister. After offering prayers at Narasimhaswamy temple there, Balakrishna told the media that as of now, he was not aspiring for any political power.

However, he made it clear that if any post was offered to him, he would accept it. He predicted the come back of Telugu Desam party into power in the next polls and made it clear that he was an aspirant for the post of Chief Minister. “There is nothing wrong in aspiring to become the chief minister. I have left it to the God and I will get whatever is destined to me,” he said.
