Screen Talk: Dasari’s ‘Smoke TV’

Darsakaratna Dasari Narayana Rao is currently in full swing with his ambitious movie ‘Young India’ and as usual, he is said to be inducing his own variety of satires in that. Reliable sources have now revealed that this time, Dasari has actually taken a dig at the news channels on TV.

It is heard that Dasari is coming up with a concept in the movie and it is called Smoke TV channel. Basically, the title has been decided to convey that most of the electronic channels do nothing but making a hue and cry out of everything. In slang terms, it is called ‘Poga veyyatam’.

So, in his own way, Dasari is coming up with his e-media satire and many are saying that this would be a highlight in the movie. However, there is also a version which says that this might incur the protests from the news channels and they would come up with their own tirade against Dasari.
