The Young Hero Rana coming up with the film Leader in tollywood. He is the grandson of the legendary producer D. Rama Naidu and he is also the nephew of Venkatesh. It could have been a cakewalk for Rana had he decided to become an actor. But he chose a different field -digital cinema — and in the process won acclaim as a successful young entrepreneur. Now he’s finally poised to make his debut as a hero in a Telugu film titled The Leader directed by Shekhar Kammula under the AVM Productions banner.

The latest buzz says that this flick deals with current Andhra politics.The highlight of the film is that it mirrors present-day Andhra politics. But it is not preachy. You can call it a wish list. Something like ‘if we had leaders like this..’
